We are very satisfied with the delivery and the hat itself! The order was followed up regularly by different e-mails and within, I think, two weeks it came in. The material of the hat is fantastic and so is the fit! We had an unusual big summer heat in the Netherlands, so my husband soaked his hat in cold water and put it on wet. He says it's a super invention!
The only thing he would have liked a little different, is a brown band around the white hat, but during the ordering process there was no possibility for this choice. Now he is used to it and is ok with it.
