"The best hat I’ve ever owned! I travel a lot and was looking for a versatile packable hat for warmer weather. I explored the Aussie Chiller site and ordered the perforated Bushie based on the reviews. I’m so happy I did. I live in the northeast US and recently traveled to Key West Florida. The Bushie came out of my suitcase unscathed. Just popped it back in shape. I wore it all the time from the beach, pool, soaked it and it kept me cool in very warm weather. Remarkably comfortable, breathable (and soakable!) cap!
What an oustanding cap! It is not only super comfortable right out of the box and has a nicely rigid bill, it's also very breathable and, of course, soakable! When flying in a plane with a plexiglass canopy, it gets remarkably warm in the cockpit in the summer months. This cap proved to be extremely comfortable and breathable while keeping the sun off my eyes. LOVE my Aussie Chiller cap and highly recommend it to others!

Well shit … I guess I wear Aussie Chiller hats now
I haven’t bought a hat in years that wasn’t a Richardson 112. I’m picky about hats and pretty much refuse to wear anything else.
I ordered my wife a Bushie and bought this one on a whim, fully expecting to try it on, instantly hate it, and chuck it in the back of the closet where it would be forgotten forever.
Well… shit.
This thing fits like it was made for my head, and that’s saying something. I’ve been accused of having a head large enough to possess its own gravitational pull.
The sweatband is soft, and the hat stretches where it needs to without stretching where it shouldn’t. It’s comfortable as hell right out of the box.
Full disclosure: it just showed up today, so I haven’t actually worn it out of the house yet. Tomorrow it gets its first real test on a good ol’ Missouri 100-degree day.
Are these hats cheap ? NO But cool shit ain’t cheap and cheap shit ain’t cool
So far, though, I’m impressed. Apparently my Richardson 112s finally have some competition.
