Custom designed to make your hat fit snug. Perfect if you're in-between sizes! Each strip is 0.5cm/0.19in and will reduce your hat by 1 size. If you're on the border and worried that the next size up will be too loose, just add our custom Hat Filler's under the front and rear elastic sweatband. They will be out of sight while you tailor your Chiller to be the perfect fit!

On a windy day a filler makes the hat stay in place by being a little bit closer fitting.
I hate the toggles/strings hanging down. These are great for what they do.

I watched an ad on Instagram for the Aussie Chiller hat and decided to order one. I am located in the UK and placed the order on a Monday and was amazed when it arrive on the Friday all the way from Australia.
The hat is perfect, it is very lightweight and returns back to the original shape when packed in a suit case. It works so well cooling your head when dipped in water, great product.
I don't usually bother with reviews but I think this company and product certainly deserves a good one.
