If you're on the border and worried that the next size up will be too loose, just add our custom Hat Filler's under the front and rear elastic sweatband. They will be out of sight while you tailor your Chiller to be the perfect fit!

I ordered these with my hat just in case the sizing wasn't quite right, or the hat "relaxes" as it ages. So far no need to use them as it's a perfect fit, but looking at the quality I'm sure they'll be great if I ever need them!
