No more chasing your hat in the wind or adjusting it every few minutes. Our Drawstring & Toggle makes sure you customize your fit so that it stays put no matter the weather or activity.

Think boating, hiking, paddle boarding, or wherever there may have heavy gusts of wind.

The Drawstring & Toggle are a customized option - meaning there is an additional production step where we punch small eyelet holes in the brim either side of the crown. The Drawstring & Toggle are removable but the small holes are not. If not selected this feature is not included with our standard hats.

Colour Options: We try match the lace to the same colour as the hat, or plaited band where possible.

    New draw string is great!

    I lost my last Aussie Chiller with no draw string on a windy lake. I never found it after it blew off. I was at the lake this weekend, windy conditions again but this time I had the draw string. It worked great and I still have my hat.. I like how lite weight it is.

I explored the Aussie Chiller site and ordered the perforated Bushie based on the reviews. I’m so happy I did. I live in the northeast US and recently traveled to Key West Florida. All Aussie Chiller products are made to be wet. Don’t fret, wetting your new hat won’t cause water marks, mold, or that dreaded sour smell.
